"Therefore, since we have been made right in God's sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us."
We could all read this verse and think, yeah Christ made it possible for us to go to heaven, nothing we haven't heard before. But have you ever sat there and just thought about it. It's like when you have bad eye sight. Everything you see is blurry and just almost dirty. Then you go to the eye doctor and you get glasses. Then afterwards, everything looks clear and pretty and perfect. Now, I'm not just talking about glasses, if that's what your thinking. See things here on Earth we so gross that God needed glasses. Jesus were those glasses, and he made us all perfect in his sight! Imagine that, we look perfect, not even if we disobey God. We can lie and we still look perfect. Because on one side of the glass it's gross, and through Christ everything changes! How great and awesome is that!!

I can only imagine by MercyMe
I can only imagine
What it will be like
When I walk
By your side
I can only imagine
What my eyes will see
When your face
Is before me
I can only imagine
CHORUS:
Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel
Will I dance for you Jesus or in awe of you be still
Will I stand in your presence or to my knees will I fall
Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all
I can only imagine
I can only imagine
When that day comes
And I find myself
Standing in the Son
I can only imagine
When all I will do
Is forever
Forever worship You
I can only imagine
Have you ever thought about this? What will it be like in heaven. I bet we all think that we will praise God, but will we be able to say anything or will we be silent and stand in amazement? Think about it. In this life I feel that we need to do our best to worship God. In this life we need to dance and sing and praise our creator and just fall to our knees to bow to him. How do you worship God? How do you praise him? How do you show your love to him here and now?

This week I have grow in Christ. We had a great speaker and a big subject that really touched me. It was about Idols, and that even if you don't consider them idols they still are. Anything that comes before God. We had to narrow it down to the big ones. My two biggest ones were boys and body image. See anything can be an idol. It can range from your children to your best friends to anything else. You have to keep them from being a big parrt of your life, bigger than God. It's a commandment and we should keep it more than anything. Spending to much time on work or striving to be perfect. What are your idols, think about it, and get rid of them. That's all for now.

Take Me To The Cross by Al Denson
Show me all the sacred places
Show me where my faith was born
Show me where my heroes lived the life I'm longing for
Lead me to that ancient city
Where the blood of prophets runs
Lead me to His temple, take me to Jerusalem
Take me to the manger so humble
Take me to the streets where He walked
Take me where the grand teacher taught us
Take me to the cross
Lead me to the tomb of rejoicing
Show me where my freedom was fought
Show me where my sin was forgiven
Take me to the cross
Help me know and love His people
Help me see His divine plan
Help me have the courage to be more than what I am
Keep me looking for His coming
Crashing through both time and space
Keep me as a beggar longing for a taste of grace
CHORUS
Ancient mystery, human history
Here beneath my feet
Precious story, saving glory
Cries out from these streets
Show me all the sacred places
Show me where my faith was born
Show me where my heroes lived the life I'm longing for
CHORUS
Hey ok so there's no story to this one. It's just the fact that sometimes people just take things for grantit. Like our religion and faith doesn't mean anything. But we all need to know our stuff. Sometimes what I want most is just to see everything. And if I can't be in the actual place then then the next best thing is digging deep in scripture. Have you ever really felt strongly about wanting to know everything about the past in scripture? I mean do you want to either? Take like 30 minutes and just read the history of the Bible to know somemore and get to the root of the things.

"Dear friend, what's on your mind
You don't laugh the way you used to
But I've noticed how you cry
Dear friend, I feel so helpless
I see you sit in silence
As you face new pain each day
I feel there's nothing I can do
I know you don't feel pretty even, though you are
But it wasn't your beauty that found room in my heart
Dear friend, you are so precious, dear friend
Dear friend, I'm here for you
I know that you don't talk too much
But we share this day anew
Dear friend, please don't feel like you're alone
There is someone who is praying
Praying for your peace of mind
Hoping joy is what you find
I know you don't feel weak
even though you are
But it wasn't your strength that found room in my heart
Dear friend, you are so precious, dear friend"
There was a girl, she was named Emma. She was a freshman in High School. She had a friend named Ashley, Ashley was really messed. She was depressed and very suicidal. Emma wanted to help Ashley so much. As time went on Ashley got deeper and deeper in trouble. First she was cutting herself. No one knew what to do. When adults did find out Emma could only stand back and watch it happen. She couldn't run in and rescue Ashley from it like she wanted to. Then Ashley over dosed on advil. Emma had to tell an adult, but she knew how mad Emma would be, but that was the price of a friendship. At this point Ashley was thinner and thinner. She had a beginning of an eating disorder. She hated her image. What was she to do? how could Emma help with this? Then Ashley just became quieter and quieter. It hurt Emma so much. All Emma could do was tell Ashley how beautiful she was and that God loved her and how much she had been praying for her. When Ashley was in the pit of her suicide stage, Emma was still there for her. Telling her that she needed help, and that Ashley couldn't get through this alone. Ashley wouldn't admitt it. But then this song started to describe them and Emma would use it to let Ashley know how much she cared. And when Emma was going through a hard time, Ashley used it to do the same. To this day it has such a special meaning to them.
What does it mean to you?
How do you let others know you care?
Show someone how much you care and that you are there for them

1 Corinthians 13:7 "Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. "
There once was a couple. They had just gotten married about three months ago and they were in true love. When the wife decided life was too hard to live she wanted to commit suicide. She had lived with depression for many years, but just couldn’t handle it anymore. So one day when her husband was gone she decided that it would be the easiest to just Over Dose on pills. When her husband got home he found her laying on the floor. He picked her up and immediately rushed her to the hospital. He prayed the whole way there and at the hospital that she would make it. A few days later they released her from the hospital, but said she had to go to therapy twice a day for the next little bit. She said she was so sorry for hurting her husband that she just didn’t want him to have to deal with her anymore. All he said was “God loves you and I love you and we can get through this together”. Well she went to therapy and was doing better for a while that is. But about a month and a half later, she couldn’t handle it again and decided this time that if she hung herself then it would be over for sure. So she got a rope and attached it to her ceiling and stood on the couch, ready to jump. But her husband decided to come home early from work and saw her as she jumped. He ran as fast as he could and picked he up so the rope didn’t cut off any more air. As he stood there and held her he told her “God loves you and I love you and we can get through this together”. She was rushed to the emergency room and had to stay in the physc ward for a bit, and before she left he husband told her “God Loves you and I love you, and we can get through this together.” About two years after she was released from the hospital, it was the day that marked when this whole thing had began. She was with her husband and she told him “I love you, and you didn’t lie, we got through this.”. He said back “ God loves you and I love you and our love got us through this.” See because Love can go through everything. That’s because God is in our love for one another. And our love never gives up or says that something is impossible.
Is your love like this?
Do you believe fully that love can survive all?
Do you show this?
How can you show this more?
Today make a loved one know that you fully believe in them and so does God
